    I'm not quite sure how this works.. I can't speak any Japanese and with the help of Google Chrome I was successfully able to sign in on NicoNico. I have a question concerning UTAU songs. Does the user have to ask permission of the song creator to upload a song?

    Example:
    Uploading "Matryoshka", do you have to ask Hachi before uploading the video?
