Cell Asilo- Art Request!! Please help! ^^

Okay, I'm working on my new UTAUloid Cell Asilo, but to do that, he needs a design. Fortunately I have one, but I can't draw. ;___; So, if someone would be so kind as to draw him for me, I'd greatly appreciate it!!

Cell Asilo is 16 years old and works as a guard for an asylum. ^^ Hence his name.
He is a bit of a kuudere, in the way that he is quiet and antisocial, but if approached enough, he will get frustrated, but after that, Cell will open up to you.
He wears a long-sleeved baggy cream-colored shirt that tucks into kind of skinny dark brown pants, with a heavy brown-plaid coat and a brown-plaid cap. :D His hair should be kind of dark, but I don't know what style yet. If you could draw him, I'd be very happy!

I'm sorta getting this image in my head, and it looks pretty cool. ouo I'd love to do a sketch attempt, and if you liked it, I'd color it for you, too. Hopefully I'll have the time to do it in the next few days, but I just wanted to know that I am interested in drawing him for you! I hope you don't mind waiting ^^;;
