    NAL oto.ini? Empty NAL oto.ini?

    I downloaded NAL today,with the docs,reclists,but it didn't have an oto.ini!Somebody can send me an oto.ini to NAL.Remember,I use NAL 201010 ver.

    I thought his oto.ini came in a separated documentation zip, on the same site. Is it still there?
