Is AXFC Uploader down? Can someone download this for me?

Anything from AXFC Uploader (the file hosting site most Japanese people use) has been inaccessible to me for the past few days (it takes forever, and instead of loading it gives me "this page is not found"). Is the website down?

If it's not, and it's just me, can someone please download this and send it to me?

... AFXC worked for another DL i just did, but not this one. it seems dead. xD

You can't just ask matt9five to send you his copy? I know you're probably not supposed to re-distribute usts, but having to make a new one just because the downloader isn't working seems a bit silly.

I dunno if he still has it after all this time...and to be honest I'm a little afraid of him yelling at me.
