The best way to go about getting a Voice Actor?

I've decided not to use Aylas voice, she uses Audacity and a crappy mic, and her samples don't wanna cooperate with me.
Also, she tends to procrastinate, and has IRL issues to deal with.

I'd really like to voice Jarred myself, but everytime I try, he just sounds exactly like Hayao.
I'm going to try to get a friend I know in real life to do it for me, for the sake of convenience and quality, but if they can't, then how should I go about getting another Voice Actor? D: Any tips?

There's always the Voice Acting Aliiance. There's a lot of willing and able actors there. Just post a request and general out line of what you need, and you should get people that are interested. Good luck!
