He's a half Japanese/half nationality of the voicer, so, any accent might be explained that way. His design is pretty simple, but a scientist can't go all fancy, right? XD

Also, I hope the voicer doesn't have any problem with gay/possibly bisexual characters.

Ah, the Durarara mad scientist! XD Darn, I need to draw KAMINARI as Celty (is that her name?) after that ^^' Well, except that KAMINARI won't lose her head, it'd be creepy. But I had his design before I knew DRRR, though. orz
