to read pokemon adventures

it's actually really good. the characters are not stale like the anime. it's based off the video games, THERE'S ACTUALLY BLOOD AND DEATH! the characters actually learn and grow up (red and green are currently 19 years old as of the hg/ss saga).

so i dare anyone on these forums to try it out.

P.S. the reason i dare is because if someone mentions pokemon they go "ehhhhh" and then they miss out something that's actually good and is worth reading. the anime sucks now (i liked it from first season to the end of johto), but this! this is actually good.

I've read some of it before, and I have to agree, the plot is a million times better.

I have to say though, nothing will ever beat the anime in one regard: The scene where Brock says "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, and these two men are gonna do it with or without or a woman by their side".
