It's because people usually don't remake her FRQs nor adjust her otos, making her sound like UTAU's Sonika; the FRQs that come with Zuii's bank are pretty old.

No, it has nothing to do with the FRQs and OTOs. She was literally a godawful UTAU.
But as of her Saihate I am a fan because eeeee trademark accent with proper pronounciation!
