^ I saw this video on Nico, and I decided that an Overseas UTAU version would be really cute, so I made one! =u= All of the UTAU in this are the ones that I personally think are the UTAU that best represent the Overseas fandom in terms of both how well they were designed along with the quality of their voicebanks -- however, they were chosen on my opinion alone, so no flame wars here. =u= These are just the ones that I personally think are the best.
