I think they used LipSync and various 3-D programs. I don't know how they did it- I'm also thinking you can import animated gifs into Lipsync for use as a body model. That's how the hair moves at parts.

I didn't fix it so to speak, I mostly tore it apart in Audacity and tried to sync it by ear.
Now I know to always download a copy of the original song along with the off-vocal. But it worked, and it's one off Piris better covers.
