K.K. Slider (Totakeke in Japan) is the original vocaloid. You can't say otherwise! Animal Crossing came out in 2001!

But I digress, the joke is he sounds so much like a Vocaloid that people on Nico have begun to extract his various noises and began doing vocaloid songs with them.

As a former staff member of one of the most famous Animal Crossing sites, I can tell you it is indeed considered the worst in the series by fan consensus. I actually turned on the Gamecube version last night...I was pretty sad when the animal that greeted me was like

"Oh Zeny! I could never forget you!" and then I spoke with another animal who was like "Where have you been the last 41 months!". Man tears were had.

I love K.K. Slider~~~~ I have the DS and Wii version because I never had a Gamecube until last week. I want to find that version now.

HAH. Haven't played this game in YEARS. Luckily I still have the original Gamecube game...probably covered in dust somewhere still in it's box. I'm gonna go dig it out of it's tomb and play the hell out of it tomorrow. 8D
