It's a very lazy voicebank. There's no oto.ini, the up and down notes are the same as the regular ones, yet she still sounds pretty good. :3
What do I call it, in terms of Act 1, ect? Oh, and I'll be gone for the rest of July I think, so if you make an oto.ini, feel free to release it. :3

Jesus. If this is oto-less, I don't even want to think how good she'll be with a proper oto. ;w; Seriously, she sounds amazing. I couldn't spot stretchy consonants or anything that usually come from a lack of an oto.
