She sounds very nice! ^__^ I think the harmonies got mixed up in a few places but her voice is really cute.
Really, though, no one's going to be able to use her anyway if you don't release her voicebank. You've got nothing to lose by doing it, and it really doesn't matter how many other people use her as long as you're happy with how she sounds and you have fun making her sing. I definitely think other people would want to use her, though, she's a good UTAU. ^__^
