    Hiragana Aliases? Empty Hiragana Aliases?

    Post by Kanade Fri Jul 09, 2010 3:54 pm

    So I finally found out how to get Komai to sing in both Hiragana and Romaji, and I went and copied all the symbols off the Wikipedia page and pasted them in. I didn't know that if they pasted as question marks, it was death, so I went with it and---lo and behold---it didn't work. So I went back to the tutorial I'd learned it from and found out that, if it pasted like that from Wikipedia, I'd have to download another voice bank and copy and paste the sounds from them.

    I ended up downloading Azuri Senritsu---I'd had her on my old computer, but I got a new one a few days ago. I tried the above step, but, as it turns out, hers was different from mine: she didn't have some of the sounds I did. (I mean, she did had some sounds that I didn't have, but that's not the point.) I want to update Komai's voice bank so badly, but I don't know how to get the rest of the aliases! I've tried downloading some voice banks from Japanese creators, but they don't work, for some reason.

    Here are the sounds I need so far:
    hu
    kwa
    sha
    vu
    za
    zi
    If anybody at all has an UTAUloid whose voice bank has those sounds with Hiragana aliases, could you PLEEEEEEEASE speak up on this thread? Then I'll download it and complete Komai's voice bank. I can't do art at the moment (no PC tablet---I tried doing art for Komai's "Wanderlast" PV, but it came out suckishly anyway), but Komai will sing a duet of your choice with your UTAUloid if you'll help me~

    ARIGATO IN ADVANCE! xD

    Couldn't we just post the symbols and you could copy-paste them in? Not that I don't want you to download my UTAU, it just seems easier! xD

    Regardless, Chirune has hiragana alias. ouo

    She does not have "kwa", "vu", and "zi", however. I've never seen kwa or vu in a voicebank before. ._.
    But, if it helps,
    くぁ = kwa
    ヴ = vu
    じ = zi

    じ is the hiragana for "ji" there isn't a hiragana for "zi"

    I thought there was something weird about that. XD Thanks.

    The hiragana for zi is ずぃ...
    Anyway, Hayao ACT.3 has kwa and zi, and I think maybe Tony Yonne has vu?

    No, zui/zwi is pronounced as zi.
    Just like the f files.
    They're not fwa, fwi, fwo, fwe, they are fa, fi, fo, fe.

    In Japanese itself ji is interchangeable with zi, but yoiu can't do that in UTAU, so... You name them seperately.

    hu ほぅ
    kwa  くぁ
    sha  しゃ
    vu  ヴ
    za ざ
    zi ぜぃ

    I just copied the ほ (ho) and ぅ (small U) off of how to type "du" which is どぅ which is a "do" and a small "u".
    Same thing with Zi, which is like how to write di which is a "de" and small "i"
