This is Pai singing to the Gerudo Valley Theme from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Too bad it doesn't have any cool lyrics.
I never actually finished the game... I think I'll go do that now.
She's dressed sort of like Sheik because, in the manga, Sheik is an important character in the desert. Plus... Sheik is just awesome.

I actually watched my sister play it all the way through shortly after it came out, which was when I was really tiny so there was no way I could finish.
