It seems UTAU plays the .VSQ fasterthan it originally is. I don't know why, since it imports right into Pocaloid.Yes, I'm a cheater...

IF UTAU sing fast than original then you just change the Bpm down to make UTAU sing slow

Isn't there anything in pocaloid that lets you see the tempo of the vsq? Then all you'd need to do is match it to that..
