Why can't we upload? Because we are oveseas? Nico is in German too. And I don't believe Japanese people always have better UTAUs. Why is some failloid allowed to post on YT, but not on Nico? Some people do even talk about "not nico-worthy songs/videos/UTAU/" Just wtf. That sounds to me like "oh, Youtube is just for noob users" I think Nico is for uploading, whoever you are. Even you have a failloid. (excuse me for my poor English)

They said that because Nico is a whole lot different then Youtube, Because Nico and the Japanese nico-chus are a different community.
It's not for those who are much more softer skinned.
and to be honest I'm agreeing.. but in a different way. Most of us here.. don't speak Japanese so whatever the Nico-chus can offer us would be useless... because well... would we even understand it?
Youtube isn't just for failoids, it's for westren users to get comments and constructive crit.
However... some people seem to forget that and would rather spam Nico Nico Douga. =./

....You're right. Even when I'm able to access Nico, all I see are PVs.... really good ones too. I know I'm a good artist, but not good enough to make a PV for Nico.
I would never upload anything to Nico, even if I thought it was good enough. (not that everything on Nico is a good as you guys seem to be making it out to be ¬__¬ There appears to be an opinion on here that it's some sort of website for amazing stuff. It's not, you just browse over the crap.)
Anyway back to my point ... it's because I wouldn't be able to string a sentence together long enough to even pretend I could speak japanese. Think about it, if you were on a website that was only in english, and someone came on and started speaking a different language that you couldn't understand, wouldn't you be annoyed. Especially if they were trying to speak your language without actually being able to, (thus, what most overseas utauloids do) and so got sentences that just didn't make any sense.
Now, add your irritants with anon, and what do you get. Freedom to say what you think about the situation.
I wouldn't take that as an insult. It's more a complement. It means that they think that your stuff is good enough, but don't want you to get disheartened by what others might say.
You know the third in Kagamine Len's benzene series? That was dedicated to nico trolls and his hate for people better than him.
There's nothing preventing you from uploading works as long as they aren't bad. Yes, you might get trolled by anon, but you could also pick up a following and have Japanese users become aware of you.

I get what he means Oo' Like here: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9576051 The Nico-users got pretty ticked off at me because they think Hana looks like Miku, sounds like Luka, and overall a total VOCALOID rip-off [atleast that's what my level of Japanese tells me]
I don't think he's saying "oversea UTAU programmers get off nnd", but rather warning us that there're racist people on nnd and it's best to stick with people of our own language so we can "avenge" ourselves
I highly doubt Nico would insult your UTAU for sounding like a Vocaloid, especially since she sounds nothing like Luka. Misread "Ruko"? (Ruka/Ruko)
Maybe the art. The anatomy is several levels of "WHAT AM I LOOKING AT".
But yeah if there's something wrong there is no such thing as polite with anon. I got a "this is shit" once. Nothing else. They were even considerate enough to put it in romaji so I could read it.
It's quite nice for him to say this. I know people who get insulted by something that wasn't even ment to be insulting so if you can't take such things don't post there. (Also, if you can't take such things don't post on YouTube but that's totally my own opinion.)
But I don't think you have to look at the art. I can give you perfect examples of videos on Nico with bad art.
