is this forum dead? ._.

well is it? at most i usually see 12 people on and at the least it's just me and one another random person, max people online at one time 41 in march and it's now the middle of the year with almost no one.
and you can't complain that school is getting in the way because i hear from some people promoting VO, twitter, skype and others. then if that's where everyone has gone then why does this place still need to be around? i come here to have fun on the forums and learn more about utau and meet new people, but no one is here anymore and i've seen little to no effort in trying to get people to come to the forums or get some members back (believe me events help alot and people just being around helps alot too).

even during the time was taking a break and the few times i got on during that time the forums only saw around 5 to 11 people in one day (mostly the same people just logging in and out).
if people are leaving because of old drama then get over it D;< it's old news now, it's freakin' august already no grudges allowed D;<!!

i here twitter is the better utau community but i don't have one nor do i want one, i hate large convos and if utau ends up feeling like it's exclusive (like it's already feeling) then i guess i'll just do it alone.

the forums felt nice =/

unless someone decides to do something about all this then the forums will die D: someone even told me everyone hates the forum and i wanna prove that wrong D;<

By forum standards, the forum is very active. I post a topic and if it's relevant I'm sure to get a reply really quickly.

I do know VO hates us though.

yeah they hate us because of something that happened here but that's another story and mostly irrelevant but i can say it could have been avoided and handled sooner.

and aren't most relevant topics in the help part of the forum?

They've hated us for a long time, even before that incident.

Mostly in the UTAU section, not necessarily help.

well that kind of sucks XD i guess in a way when you look at it they hated us for no real reason but after that incident they finally got a reason or something.

and most recent posts in the utau discussion thread are about twitter D: and 1 about a name change another about utau being a conspiracy and trying to steal our voices (XD)
and a thread posted in the wrong place asking for a design for their utau (doesn't that go in the art section?).

there are alot of things to do on a forum than just things of relevance, so to me, it seems like this forum is only a help section now and promoting other places to go to talk and have fun so it's feeling very dead =/.

oi oi~ no need to bring that up! if you must know though just click the "search" thing at the top of the forums and search vocaloid otaku see if anything comes up. but this thread isn't about that.

I dunno... I kinda notice how it's dying down a little. A lot of users who came here frequently when I joined don't show up that often anymore...

yesh! like more banners maybe even a youtube advertisement :O i noticed the affiliation is closed on the forums maybe it might be time to affiliate with some other sites and blog sites it could help in the long run. this is a good forum and we can't just let it die!
