Disappearance of ________ -DEAD END- ust?

So, I have the one by Ashiotone P, but it absolutely refuses to line up correctly with the music. I have a feeling that it's a lesser .ust. There's one by Katokou that I suspect is the version everyone uses, but I wouldn't know since that brings up a 404 error. Did Katoku remove their .ust, or is that link just randomly broken. And which is the best .ust to use (i.e. one that actually lines up to the music correctly). It doesn't need speaking parts, only the singing parts, I've got the speaking covered (and it is so b.a. I am just so excited).

The person who did "The Disappearance of Carol" said she “found” it. So I got no idea who did it. O.o

/EDIT: It's the katokou ust, indeed. It was slightly edited, but katokou's terms say it can be edited/redistributed if katokou is informed about it. I'm gonna hope that the redistributor did drop him a line.
