What I epic Facepalm'd to this evening in front of the laptop's monitor...

Either way.This evening I was peacefully browsing our favorite site,that's right-- The Utau wikia! *shot* untill I saw this page:

Yes,I know I don't have to expect everything to be nice and dandy on that site,but seriously come on.
My personal reasons for hating that page so so damn much:
-Complete VOYAKILOID rip-off (clothing colors,idea)
-Failoids of popular Vippaloids,like Teto for an example.I don't know about you,but I personally in that page I expected actual failed voicebanks by people that don't use and/or record their UTAUloids properly.
-The video in the media section isn't actually fail.It's just a bit lower-voiced teto.That made my cup fill with water.Sadly People don't know what 'fail' means these days...(Low pitched Miku 'Haku' songs,I'm looking at you.I really am.)
TL;DR
What are your toughts on that page?Do you love it?Hate it?

I facepalmed to this quite a while ago. XD; (And good-sounding Haku songs, what is up with that madness? D<) I find it all pretty annoying, really...you're right, no one knows what "fail" means anymore. XD

Sure it does, but I meant this concerning especially these "UTAUs" |D All Pitchloids = Unoriginal IMO. If the people could at least get Vocaloid and only pitch the voice, there are even ways to extract voices for a song, but... yeah.

I made a failoid avatar for Aline (mainly because I /do/ like Voyakiloids, but also because I think she's kinda difficult to use, and because I didn't people to create one for her instead), but at least I took care to make a flag combo to make her sound truly bad, if someone decides to use a singing voice... (although Aline isn't all that nice, either xD; )

WTF, you really think the failure sounds better than the original?! xD; Well, you can search for Aline Debune on the Wiki.

Also, are you sure you're using MOD0 and BRE0? Aline sounds painstakingly horrible with the standard BRE (which is 50)...

i can get why the "failoids" lower voices since Haku was born because of failed Miku songs where they didn't get her to sing in her proper tone instead having Miku sing in a lower tone.... infact the black rock shooter i mixed for lily i believe would be a fail lily since her songs are all higher tone and hyper, and she is all low and unenergized.

But it's not about the tone...XD Miku in a lower tone is still Miku, just singing lower. Drunk-sounding, off-key Miku is personified as Haku. >w>;; Haku is a fail because she's bad, not because she isn't singing high.

I actually heard a really good song with a bit lower pitched Miku,almost Mikuo sounding but it was a nice song.Sadly I'm not sure how the song was called...>_<
