This is much harder for me then it should be.
My memory is pretty fail for this kinda stuff recently so I tried to think of anime I'd seen recently but that pretty much amounts to just Eyeshield21 and as I love /every/ character in it that's kind of a lame response xD.

I have that problem with Digimon too pretty much, first season anyway xD.

So... Imma go for abstract and pick Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter from Sailor Moon's last season 'Sailor Stars' xD. Because he/she makes me lol so much.

Shinobu is one year from become legal age, so it doesn't count as pedophilia. (I think) Because most of the time, it's associated with 'Shota', in which Shinobu is definitely NOT. (If anything, he's a badass uke.)
[Because when Shinobu entered elementary, Miyagi was 6 ft tall. When Shinobu got into middle school, Miyagi was graduating college with a degree on teaching. When Shinobu graduates High school, Miyagi will have to go in for checks on his metabolism. 8D]
