BTW the fact that Nanami removed the models,made many MMD user upset or sad.This made me upset,because I wanted the chimera Teto(I got only an Animasa edit//_//).

Regarding the Nanami thing with email.
I think from what I've heard on Vocaloid Otaku Forum was that he/she does distribute their models only if the conditions are met.
1) That they are Japanese and of course reply in Japanese
2) Something about IP Address is in Japan as well... (I'm not too sure about this one but yeah... )
3) Japanese native or else resident in Japan. (Yeah I'm not too sure about this as well...)
I wish I can help but I'm no Japanese speaker and only have found what I can find there D:
