Kasane Teto Whisper/Soft Append? + new plugin~

It seems right as I was about to get to sleep, TwinDrillTeto (Teto's project's official Youtube channel) uploaded an intriguing new video that appears to demo a WHISPER or SOFT voiced Teto!



Plus, a new plugin that appears to be able to create custom suffixes for voicebank add-ons? I'm not sure. Anyone care to explain? ;u;/

Guyyyys.... even I know about the Suffix Broker.

It's a built-in-tool in UTAU.

If you don't have the english patch, the menu guide is T->U->Suffix Broker.

If you have it, it's Tools -> Built-In-Tools-> Suffix Broker.

What it does is add suffixes to selected notes. Handy, if you are planning on making an UTAU with multiple types of recordings in one bank (For example, with Teto's, she has her normal + Soft recording types).
It kind of works like Appends.... except better for single voicebanks. (Does a lot on voice-bank size though, yikes)

Also, I'd like to add, for those who don't know, this also show cases the fact that Teto now has a full-list triphonic bank as well.

Selecting a note and pressing v brings up every similar note.

Wow, the whisper voice append is awesome and the VCV is real smoooth. I guess it's now bye-bye to robotic choppy Teto? XD Downloading this!

The suffix broker is a great find, though. I was going in and manually getting rid of the stuff.

Also, her soft voice is amazing. I'll be using it for sure!
