I only have this problem when I forget to save something, but that's usually for .VSQs/.Midis...

Try going to Options and check the second button under "Rendering". It's what worked for me when I couldn't render .wav files.

The error says "Overflow". Never got this error before, but maybe there's too many notes in your UST? Try splitting your UST in two parts, perhaps?

Too many notes in the UST shouldn't cause overflow.
Also, I've rendered this whole UST without an issue.
Try playing it in small sections (probably phrase by phrase), and see if you get an overflow-ish type error on all the notes, or just in a section. If you can narrow down a small area that causes the error, look through the oto file of the note the error is caused on. See if there are any mistakes. If not... Eeeh, sorry. I can't think of mych right now due to lack of sleep (oh, and uncheck resampler.dll).
