Cleanest, easiest to manage. Mediafire often puts out erm, virus'/bots when you upload/download. I never use Media fire if I can avoid it.

Only, the problem I have is that I can't upload the folder with all my sounds in there, I can only upload every individual sound.

You have to ZIP the folder first. So right click the folder, go down to "Send to" and then click "Compressed (zipped) Folder". Then upload the compressed file to 4shared. non/
