does anyone wanna convert an OTO? :'D

because dear Chiyuki's VB's only romaji, and it's a pretty long process of converting a hiragana UST into a romaji one, so...pretty please? :'D

the only reason why I can't convert is because we don't have the applocale, and our PC isn't converted into a japanese one. ._. So yeah, I hope you guys have the time!

(It's actually quite easy, you just open the oto.ini in notepad and put in the aliases.)
