Is it some sorta function of UTAU or an extra added in the video ._.'

ACPT, Sets STP, fixes enveloping a little
P2P3, P1P4, Crossfading
OPT, changes STP setting and such to the best number for clearness.... I think. You have to play the selection once before you can use this.
Reset, resets the envelopes.

2: Dude, where have you been the past few days XD
New UTAU engine, new features. In closed beta mode.
They're like that thing at the bottom of the Vocaloid editor that changes the dynamics, if you look at them they match up with the enveloping.
