Now, I was told quite a few times to make a contribution thread. So here it is. Go ahead and post ideas (That you're willing to do yourself since i am busy enough with these alone) and news (by our forum members, or about UTAU...)

Also, critique is always appreciated.

I'm gonna talk to the person who used to do the overseas UTAU ranking though and see if she'll like, bring life back into the project -- if that happens, I think merging this project with that one might be a very good idea....? owo

Hana was not in any of those posts even though her beta, gamma, and English were released within the past three weeks...

Otherwise, great job! We've needed something like this. As for the Overseas UTAU Ranking, I don't blame the creator for slacking. YouTube doesn't have a nice system of mylists/comments/tags/views like NND. Maybe we should make a new OU Ranking?

Can I say something on how the video is.

I think it should show a sample of the video its talking about but still have the spotlight song. Here is how it goes as in music

Yeah, problem is... My Hypercam does not record sound AND my mixing skills do not exeed basic mixing. I also think that would be somewhat... Messy.

I generally prefer the UTAUran/VocaRan format. It's much easier to handle.

Yes, smeen, you need a team. And I cannot be part of it, sadly. (The only time I'm allowed on my computer...is at work).

There are programs to download YouTube videos with sound :> I got one, it's called DVD Video soft Free studio. And it's free~

Or you could just ask for the wmv file and then you have it in its original quality, and you can cut out a small part and stick it in.

I need help with collecting information, and with the video-thing. Even more, I would like to have someone to make the video for me. I tried my best at mixing, but I genuinely suck.

Ok...

There doesn't seem to be any news in the UTAU-departement this week, so that section can bne skipped.

Than there is the new UTAU/new Acts section, you need to collect voicebank links and youtube-videos for that. (Only of those on the forums.) And write something about them.

Than you need to do the same for new .USTs that have been posted here.

Than you need to find some videos that you find very interesting that were posted here and show them.

And then the spotlight. I haven't decided over a spotlight yet so if you think you know an UTAU on here who needs more attention you can make it yourself. What you at least need is a Youtube-sample and an image of that UTAU.

And that all needs to be fitted into a video and an article.

I can help you with collecting the stuff... Tell me if you need something done.

Is there any time it really needs to be done by?
