[Suggestion]review subsection

Just asking for a section of the forums, under the help and advice section. The section would be dedicated to voicebank critiques (That is requested by the voicebank owner of course). I got basic rules for the review subsection but I don't feel like posting it now. But the review subsection won't just be for voicebanks、it can also be used for finding reviews on a ust or song timing if they are mixing.

Herp a derp, trying to organize how this will work.

Main "reviews/critiques" forum will be for inquiries.

Misc. section- USTs, Timing, PVs, reclists etc, no subsections.

Voice Bank section- Subdivided into;
- Requests
- Random Reviews and Critiques (when you just feel like posting on a voice bank you like/dislike/needs attention/etc)

Trying to keep it pretty strict, clutter wise, without... making it clutter-y with a thousand subsections, lol.

I'd rather have guidelines then inform people if they are missing something D: Because duuude, that isn't enough info, thus doesn't give people room to move or elaborate.

And I like to have actual pictures seeable. ^^' And to load voice samples while writing.
