Good OTOs/Voice?

So I know not many of you, if any, have heard my UTAU. Because I'm getting a new microphone sometime (hopefully soon) to give her a high quality. Anyhow, this is a test of a possible APPEND for her. (Able to hit lower notes) I did a sample with this once before, but the otos were all screwy. So I fixed it up and made a new sample. I'm still quite a newbie so bear in mind that I'm not completely sure what I am doing yet.. u_u; I tried to make her sort of realistic but.. we'll see. /o/

The quality of my microphone is kind of suckish so.. expect the final voicebank to sound much better quality wise. Just tell me what you think of the voice itself. non/ Also, that doesn't mean tell me who else you think it sounds similar to. I find that to be.. annoying really. For the most part.

People using I.E. may have to click play two or three times before the player actually plays.

But next time, since this is just a sample of the voice, you should think about cutting out the loooooong intro for this song.
And since this is a slow song, its a little hard to get a real feel for her otos. A faster song really shows when oto ini are done well.

But other then that, the voice is nice enough. Its a soft voice, and works well with the song. She may have trouble with other more intense songs though, due to that softness. If you were going for that type of voice, then you've done well.

This voice was originally created for the soul purpose of being able to sing this song. It's not a worry as I am still experimenting with my voice. non/

Perhaps you have HTML disabled? Go to Profile > Preferences and check. (On OU)
