Design help?

Hello dearies, I am working on the Design for my UTAU Letitia Zey but I can't get colors and patterns right so maybe you guys could help me?

The line art is

I would prefer patterns and colors that have more edge to them, sense she does have a rather deep voice as fare as female UTAUs go.
Not saying she has a man voice o-o derp... just yah its not like high pithced. xD

So yeah any help would be super appreciated from you guys! ;D In fact I would appreciated it so much I will draw you something! Just because thats what I do and yah!

Hmm,honestly,I think she needs some more details here and there,a bit too plain for me. >:

Maybe do some plaid patterns and some fancy-pants lace can do the job? I feel like she's missing something in the middle of her dress,like a bow or something like that.

From the lineart,the character looks like she would have a soft or a 'normal' voice really. Be sure to go for some really contrasting colors for a goth loli look (if you're going for that) or pick out some dark tints to reflect a mature,deep voice. Also,I think some Victorian like dresses can really reflect her voice. c:

I'm not much a fan or expert on Gothic Lolita clothing,but I believe the style looks best with some simplicity and not going too overboard with the craziness! G'luck! c:
