Shou's new design?

I'm giving Shou a makeover, because I really don't like the decisions I made on his character when I first started off with UTAU. ;;;; OTZ
So, I'm giving him a different outfit. (This one looks more like a highschool uniform, because this year, he would've graduated to highschool in Korea *v*)
Also, I'm changing the Hanja for his name to be more Vocaloid/UTAU like. (I split 'Kane' into 'Ka' and 'Ne'; 'Song' and 'Sound')

I like it its really cute!!!

The top area seems nicer, but I would prefer the pants to be a tad shorter.

He looked shota-ish, and my voice is definitely shota, aha; (High, but not young/shota? ahahaaa;;; )

I can't really think of anything to make him unique without making the design too far off from the voice, though. orz

I love both his design and his voice! Absolutely awesome!

I don't really like Kei's outfits, because they're extremely unimpressive and drab. It's the character design that's built for the outfit that makes it look so nice.

Kei-style-outfit =/= quality. (almost always the exact opposite)
Kei-style-design = quality.

It's something to be really careful of.

Well... Me being a (far lamer OTL) artist myself, I have to say, I don't really mind which style he's in; as long as you're comfortable drawing in it and you think his look fits the way you want people to see him.

I do think the slightly older looking him suits the voice a bit more though
Because he really looks shota in this style.

...Not that that's a bad thing; just might not be the look you're going for XD


On his outfit... The pants are a little boring compared to the rest of his outfit.
...And the piano keys on his jacket seem a little lonely. :'C Maybe add some somewhere else to make it more balanced, so it doesn't look like you slapped them there just because he's an UTAU.
