    Some of us here fancy ourselves song writers, yes? But maybe we're impaired with an element or two. Maybe your words need some music, or the other way around! This is a thread to remedy that, where composers and lyricists can come together to make neat stuff! 8D

    So, post your WIPs in need of assistance and your budding ideas! ^^

    (I myself wrote some lyrics the other day, and am in the process of translating them...or not. XD)

    Hmm... soundfonts... they were on my laptop (which is now gone) but this is the piano, and I'm not 100% sure but I think I got the cello here (It's the first one listed, "Deep Cello").

    Yay, thanks so much! ^__^ I was thinking about having Kazuko sing it, but I'm not 100% sure because there aren't any lyrics yet. XD

    Aaah, thanks! ^__^ That's kind of the feel I got from it, too. For some reason I kept thinking of a balloon that was let go of and just floated away... that's pretty much all I have. XD;;

    Whoa. That is crazy cool.

    I think of long notes and a floaty voice when I hear this. And something sad. Like someone pondering questioning their direction in life while staring out a window at three in the morning.

    Or something.

    I'm making an original song.... I've got dodgy lyrics, a dodgy melody, now I just need music to accompany said dodgy melody. I even drew pictures for a PV-type thing.

    I have a whopping FOUR ideas for songs. And progress on one~

    Cephalopod no Uta, by Pulpo Kata. I have lyrics for the first thirty seconds of it and a melody for all of it.

    But I can't do background music to save my life 90% of the time. ((Except for one song I built out of loops in GarageBand that I don't have a melody or lyrics for. xD I might turn that one into Kyuubi to Teezaa no Ai Uta if I can figure out a melody.))

    Um... if anyone would be interested, I'll post up what I have. 8D;;

    Meh, I might post my newest two thingies here. Feel free to use them as long as you credit me. No titles or something...

    First one, was written because loads of people seem to be abadoning their UTAU, and i was interpretating how the UTAU would feel about that.

    It's good for an acapella but it doesn't sound like it stays in the same key, is that on purpose?
