Critique Please?

I really, really, REALLY hope it's okay to post here, since I see other people doing it and stuff... I never get critique (well, I do, but it's rare), so I wanna know. Dx
So I got this LipSync... LOL.

REMINDER. I am FULLY aware of the clipping and I know how to fix this now, please don't bring it up, I'll handle it (sorry, I just get this 24/7 and it's so annoying, y'know? If that's okay). ^ w^

Some parts sound a little rushed, and if you could soften those English "R" sounds to more of a Japanese "R", it would be a lot better! Overall, I like her voice, and LOVE her design. :3

You have amazing art! The lip-syncing is awesome.

It sounds like you know about the clipping, though, so there's not really a lot for me to say about the voice.
