LOL I ended up translating the basic OREMO reclist myself.

If I known you did it, I would have no translated it!

    Thanks anyways <3

    EDIT:
I made some based off of Camila's voice bank (Spanish), is that fine?

I made a reclist that, as far as I know, covers Japanese and Dutch (And probably more languages, because it has a lot of sounds, because Dutch has a lot of different sounds).

Dude, never be ashamed of Tagalog reclist. A typical Tagalog reclist is Japanese with L, V and Ngs. And a different U sets.

I used it for recording Bonnie and Clyde. (which BTW will be released soon.)

Hey, if I record a Korean voicebank is it acceptable to go beyond dandok but not quite hit ryeonsok? Because dandok doesn't cover dipthongs, and those are really important...

    ...What diphongs?
You can get a natural sounding voice with just the dandok list alone if you put the settings right. .u.

wae, wa, we, eui, weo, etc. It's not quite natural with normal dandok; the sounds are combinations, not two vowels pushed together.

Actually, in Korean, they are pronounced as two vowels together. Such as "Wa" in english is w + a; "wa" in korean is o + a.

There are no "y" or "w" sounds in korean, only vowels that sound close. (That's why Korean people can't say words like "year" ... it comes out as "ear";;; ahaa)

But if you want it to sound more flowing, I guess you can do recordings such as "a-wa" "a-wae"

(Also, there aren't many Korean words that have a vowel followed by a 'w-vowel', mainly 'w-vowels' are used in pronouncing chinese words. The only exception is probably 'eui' which is said with a pause before it if following a vowel)

But, for instance, my Korean name is Su-heui, and it's pronounced differently from Su-hi.

(I know somebody named 이서희, and she spells it Lee Suheui, fsskft;; )

    Anyways
I haven't made ryeonsok patterns for 야얘여예와왜외etc yet. OTZ

(Since there's a different number of secondary vowels from primary vowels, the same patterns can't really be used)

hm, I'm looking for a Cantonese reclist, too many Chinese UTAUloids speak Mandarin D:

I'll probably use the lite VCV reclist to help me practice VCV stuff xD

TYVM FOR THE RITSU ONE. I was about to break my fingers typing the whole thing up.

EDIT: OMGFACE, LUNA AMANE HAS VCV. they seem standalone... i mean, she can sing a whole ust just fine. And there's less files than Ritsu's. I want that list now hahaha...

ummm, I don't reccomend doing "C-V-V" recordings. (The vowel-diphone would get cut up when you set the oto anyways... unless you record it really tightly for fast tempo >A>;; )
Just get a list of all the basic vowels and consonants of chinese, and since you don't hear the tones when you sing, it shouldn't be too difficult.

(really the only recordings you need are C-V, but you can have V-V if you want natural-sounding transition?)

    Oohhhhh, okay.

So would my vowels would be "aa e i o ou oe u" ('o' like 'hole,' but 'ou' like 'ow' and 'oe' close to 'er,' I think. [Jyutping]), or could that be modified more?
