We have to take in consideration that her original otos are below average xD; The programmer probably adjusted them before using her in the new engine, which helps a lot to improve smoothness.

i think its because school PC-tan doesn't see the forums or NND as a threat because only one student is accessing those sites... the reasoning comes from there was a forum i use to go on 2 years ago and everything was fine until my other school friends started going on there also.. with in a week after 10students going on the site, the site was blocked.

They should seperate the highschool system from the Primary system. But I suppose that will take a while /offtopic.

Our government wants more to be blocked, though.
Because some sites are harmful to children, and you just know that if they were given the chance, teenagers would spend computer lessons fapping. Sorry, but it's just that true. D;

ohh is everyone talking about the censorship of the internets and how it does more harm than good by blocking good sites and bad, because the filter doesn't do a background check it instead filters by words and "possible" content?

These all claim to be using M4 engine. ^^~ Haven't watched any of them yet, though.

EDIT: The Scissorhands cover. It confirms that fresamp and M4engine are, indeed, different things.

It also proves we were using an old fresamp (I was linked to 11, not 12. Night try to find that, see if the nasal's still there).

(also, it's just amazing in general hngh)
